Heart Impact was founded by Patrick Striegl, a published author and someone who acts on his ideas. I moved my hands-on experience into remote work with founders and small businesses internationally, and my curiosity never sits still. That means no call center and no agency black box. You talk directly to the person who touches, tests, and improves your digital presence, or who listens to the idea you haven't figured out how to move yet. I put the same energy into the uncomfortable steps as the easy ones.
